Personal Training
Utilizing HIIT (high intensity interval training), classic weight training, calisthenics and supportive core work. We'll work to develop strength, mobility, and transform body composition. My style is encouraging, positive, and experienced with all fitness levels.
Yoga
Versed in the many aspects of yoga including asana/poses, meditation, and pranayama/breathing, I work with individuals and groups to open the body and mind.
Personal Growth Retreats
I design, develop and facilitate day long and weekend retreats which include yoga, meditation, art therapy, and conscious group discussions.
Men's Groups and Workshops
Through connection to a group, deep introspection, safe expression, presence and depth, I work with men to help each other transform their lives towards a higher sense of self.
Meets every Monday at 6:30pm PST via Zoom, free and open to all men.

Huna Energy Sessions
Based on a 121 generation Hawaiian Ho'Omanaloa lineage of Huna, these sessions work to clear, release, and create flow in your energy body.
No hands-on contact required. Sessions are conducted in-person or remotely if necessary.
